รายละเอียดงาน
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. including corporate filing documents, license application, minutes of meeting etc).
• Handle all Intellectual Property processes (e.g. including trademark and patent filing documents, appeal, etc.)
• General ad hoc legal support and advice on corporate/commercial, work permits and company secretary matters.
• Draft and review legal documents and commercial contracts, company documents including providing useful inputs to business (es), director of legal, and executive secretary.
• Monitor and update related laws and regulations in Thailand which concern Destination's businesses and communicate effectively to relevant departments.
• Provide advice on legal matters, including but not limited to labour law, corporate law, international transactions, etc.
• Develop and implement effective legal & compliance training programs to targeted employees.
• Litigation knowledge would be plus.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร• Age 24 – 30 years old. • Bachelor of Laws or higher, lawyer license (required). • 1- 4 years’ work experience in a government division, law firm (real estate industry is an advantage). • Proven background on corporate law (contract law, intellectual property rights, licensing, real estate law, etc.). • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English.
