Director of PR & Marketing **Urgent**

GENERAL DUTIES OF THE MARKETING DIRECTOR
1. Development and implementation of the Brand strategy.
2. Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products
3. Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
4. Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations
5. Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
6. Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
7. Work closely with product management team to define marketing materials and programs.
8. Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
9. Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
10. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends

SPONSORSHIP PART RESPONSIBLE
1. Pro-actively sourcing potential partners
2. Management, direction and delivery of all incumbent partners ‘contractual rights
3. Ensuring all sponsors are integrated and achieve their business objectives
4. Developing and presenting creative and bespoke partnership proposals
5. Establishing a permanent market presence,
6. On-going management sales lead to help achieve annual businessobjectives and revenue targets.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Developing leads with prospective and building an industry network
2. Development of bespoke presentations, including market research anddata to build a powerful and persuasive proposals based on themarketing objectives and the business needs of potential clients
3. Creatively use sponsorship assets to build and demonstrate innovativemarketing programs which will add genuine value to potentialclients
4. Manage all contractual rights and work with sponsors to deliver theiractivation goals
5. Create activation proposals for sponsors that align with their strategy
6. Be the central point of contact internally and externally for all partnerrelated activity
7. Ensure the digital, communications and other internal teams are fullyaware of all campaign activities of sponsors
8. Lead on delivering all commercial rights in relation to the sponsor’scontract at all levels of the business.
9. Liaise with event organizers and other National federations to ensureimplementation and application of sponsor rights.
10. As part of the Commercial and Marketing team, working closely withother streams of business - Hospitality, Events, Marketing andCommercial Operations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related fields. 2. Minimum of 5 years experience marketing. 3. Strong analytical, strategic planning and project management skills. 4. Direct experience and very hands-on in online marketing. 5. Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills 6. Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles. 7. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.
