Senior Project Manager – Construction

• Oversee construction projects from beginning to end in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
• Manage 2–3 construction projects (mainly at sites) in parallel
• Manage the budget and estimate costs
• Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
• Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment
• Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
• Prepare reports regarding job status
• Resolve any problems that may arise and mitigate all evaluated risks
• Make sure the sites meet legal guidelines, regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with the stakeholders
• Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
• Manage, direct and monitor progress during each phase of the projects
• Manage budget and request for purchasing equipment/materials
• Train and mentor construction workers and construction laborers
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers and key team members of the project
• Negotiate with external vendors on contract agreements
• Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites
• Plan construction operations and ensure all deadlines are met
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects
• Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
• Keep all stakeholders aware of the progress on projects and prepare progress reports regularly
• Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. Male 35–45 years 2. Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with GPA 2.75 minimum (preferred from top or accredited university) 3. Valid License of Professional Engineer in Civil Engineering (สย) issued by COET 4. PMP (issued by PMI) or an equivalent certification would be considered an asset 5. Proven work experience in construction management or another similar role project management more than 8 years 6. Work experience in construction projects more than 10 years and project management and supervision skills at least 8 years 7. Good knowledge and skill of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar 8. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc. 9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 10. Able to drive, preferred owning an automobile and holding a driving license
