Business Development Executive

1. Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
2. Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
3. Achieve target of Goal monthly or Margin such as sales volume, profits, number of Clients, number of satisfied projects
4. Managing customer data and handling CRM work as assigned.
5. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as assigned.
6. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to Increase client base and revenue
7. Build strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships to ensure loyalty through excellent service
8. Provide trustworthy after-sales support
9. Capable of conducting impressive presentations for clients based on their needs and requirements.
10. Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
11. Work as part of a team and closely with other departments within the organization to implement growth strategies

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : 1. 1. A degree or equivalent qualification with relevant experience of 0 to 3 years in Business Development preferable 2. 2. Experience in sales, marketing or related field, experience in customer support is a plus 3. 3. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Have time management and planning skills 4. 4. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, motivate a team and handle uncertainty. 5. 5. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks and proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. 6. 6. Excellent communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, both verbal and written in Thai and English 7. 7. Have ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. 8. 8. Goal driven, Straightforward and Never Give Up attitude 9. 9. Love to explore new things with high energy and positive attitude 10. 10. Comforatble using a computer for various tasks and proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
